Gargoyle Gecko

Size: 8 inches

Lifespan: 15 to 20 years

Tank: 20 gallon tank, vertically oriented

Substrate: paper towels or coco husks, both keep humidity up

Decorations: have some cork bark, vertical wood beam, foliage but not too much, a hide, a water dish -even though they mainly drink buy lapping up water from around their tank after it has been misted, change water in water dish every other day-, and some resting areas

Heat: 60°F to 80°F degrees, but 78°F to 83°F degrees is the best, no heating unit required as long as your room temperature is within 60°F to 80°F

Nocturnal and no UV bulb required

Humidity: 50%-70%, mist twice a day

Diet: Repashy or Pangea Crested gecko diet, serve in small dishes three times a week; remove dish after 12-36 hours, will also eat bugs such as crickets, wax worms, and mealworms; be sure to dust bugs with calcium and occasional vitamins and gut load insects

Feeding: three to four, every other day, times a week
